Redirect domain to port on Windows

We have Bitbucket Server (windows application) which has default port settings (7990) on our server. We have a domain like repo.mydomain.com and we've configured it and it redirects to our server.
We want to redirect repo.mydomain.com address to 7990 port on windows. By the way if i write repo.mydomain.com:7990 it works but i don't want to use it like that way.

Use IIS as a proxy for it.

If you want Bitbucket Server to listen on port 80 (as needed in your case), you can use this article which describes how to change the port:

hi,

I forgot to say that we have iis on our server and port 80 is already using by another application. So, this doesn't works for me.
