Pull Request Question

I am facing this issue...

1. Developer creates a pull request.

2. Reviewer approves it after review and discussions

3. Developer has gone rogue and updates the pull request with some other changes

4. Since the pull request is already approved, it can be merged.

How can this be avoided in BitBucket Server (not cloud)?

Hi Deepthi,

Which changes are performed to the pull request exactly? Was a change to the source branch pushed to Bitbucket Server?

If that's the case, you could install the  Bitbucket Server Auto Unapprove Plugin. This free add-on can be configured to automatically "Unapprove" the pull request when a new change is pushed to the source branch.

Would this help?

Thanks, Caterina - Atlassian
