Program merge button

Hi,

A) I need to program the PR's merge button so it is only available when 

1- atleast one successful build is attached

2- atleast two reviewers have approved

3- the Jira ticket of the branch(Jira ticket number is in the branch) is in 'ready to merge' status, has fix version and all the Jira tickets linked to the ticket with higher fix version are 'closed'

B) is it possible to auto merge to PR's destination branch when all the requirements are satisfied?

Hi,
I am looking for the same thing, but for now only for the first 2 cases.
I enabled these checks, and Bitbucket does show a warning if these conditions are not met, but still I can go ahead and merge anyway....

Strange, I would expect this to be default behavior.
I saw 1 other answer, for the oposite case of enabling the button, it seems to require some kind of scripting ??
