Problem in authentication of bitbucket in jira

Hi, i have a bitbucket and jira, yesterday one user admin delete some register of bitbucket and now i cant login in bitbucket that was using jira as auth. Someone know how to solve this in console mode ?

It sounds like your stuck in quite a bind, not being able to login to Bitbucket since the auth between the applications have been broken.

The simplest option to resolve this would be to gain access to Bitbucket with an Admin account and re-establish the product integration. There is a procedure while covers doing just this. You can find this procedure at Lockout recovery process. Please be aware that this will cause an outage of Bitbucket while you complete this and will require a few restarts of the application.

Please let us know if this allows you to gain access to Bitbucket and you’re able to re-establish the application link.
