Preview a different file than Readme.md

I would like to preview a different file than Readme.md , e.g. Note.md to preview the project description in git.

There is already for the project an existing Readme.md in the root drectory, which it is use for different purposes. 

The idea is to have both Readme.md and Note.md and only the contains of Note.md should be previewed. 

Is there any solution?

Hi @Serge Ngongang 

Currently, the only filename that will be displayed is readme.md, any other .md files with a different name to this will not be displayed as documentation.
