Pipeline Failed Due to Build Minutes but Haven't Reached Quota

Our workspace is on the free tier, we have one repository.  Running the pipeline ends up with this message:

This step was stopped because you’ve run out of build minutes.

I checked the account usage summary and we have 44 minutes remaining out of 50.

I suggest you try and experiment with Self hosted Runners that run on-prem or your existing cloud infrastructure to avoid hitting your Build minutes quota on Bitbucket Cloud  https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/runners/

I can see you've now used 10 build minutes. Is this still occurring whenever you try to run any builds - or was this just a temporary hiccup?

Thank you Ben.  Yes it suddenly started working again yesterday afternoon.  I wish I knew what the problem was though...
