Open Stash

I can't open Stash on windows 8.1

I got this error:

A fatal error has occurred

The following problem occurred which prevents Atlassian Stash from starting correctly:

stash.git.notfound[Stash, 1.7.6, 1.8.4.3, 2.0.2, 2.0.3]

Please see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASHKB/stash.git.notfound+error+during+installation for more information. (You need to install git itself)

I have github installed on my machine:

C:\Users\USER\Documents\GitHub [master +2 ~0 -0 !]> git --version
git version 1.9.4.msysgit.1
C:\Users\USER\Documents\GitHub [master +2 ~0 -0 !]>
