Not see existing slack channels when trying to add subscription

Dmitry Kharchenko November 2, 2018

Hi everyone.

I have some issue when trying to add subscription.

I successfully invited Bitbucket bot to private channel by "@Bitbucket" command.  But can't add subscription from Chat Notifications -> Setting page because in list of channels I see only my space channel. When typing channel name directly then I get this error:

Slack error

Something went wrong while creating subscription. Something went wrong! Please try again later. Error ID: 4a962d20-de86-11e8-83ad-3d2367a06973.

Please explain me what is wrong. Could it be because of insufficient permissions?

Thanks in advance

Hi, Anna.

Sorry that didn't specify these data in my first message. )

Yes, we are using add-on which you have specified.

Error occurs in Bitbucket when I'm trying to add subscription for repository. The problem is that I can't see slack channels at list of channels. I was able to add subscription only once for one repo, after that removed this subscription and began to receive error on the subsequent attempts to add and list of channels became empty

Hi, where are you getting this error? Is it in Slack?

Are you using this add-on or are you using something else?

Please let us know so we can continue helping you :)

Kind regards,

Ana
