(Everyone in my org has the same issue)
Hello @Lukas Rencoret ,
and welcome to the Community!
Checking our internal email logs, the recent Atlassian attempts to send an email address to your inbox have been bounced back with the following error :
451 4.4.1 [internal] No valid hosts (unable to make any connections)
This indicates Atlassian was not able to connect to the SMTP server of your email provider, and usually indicates a firewall is blocking the sending of the emails. For more details on that error, the following article might be of help:
Having said that, I see the most recent attempts to send the email are showing a delivered status, so you might have been able to sort this out with your IT team.
However, if you're still not receiving the emails, it's recommended to reach out to your email provider and double-check if Atlassian emails/IPs are not being blocked - Outbound emails IPs.
Thank you, @Lukas Rencoret !

Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Lukas Rencoret .
This sucks.
Could it be that there is an org wide filter set up that thinks the Bitbucket emails are spam and filters them out?
Maybe you can check with your IT services?
Cheers,
Peter

We already checked those parameters, I have read in other similar posts that the domain of the companies can be put on a suspension list. Can I be taken off this list?

I've requested assistance from the Atlassian team to help you with this as I'm just a regular user like yourself and don't have that kind of internal access.
I hope they'll be able to help you soon.
