I have added my authenticator and am waiting for the email to enable it. It did not arrive for 2 hours now, and have retried again multiple times during. Other emails from Atlassian are coming through fine.
The email is not in my spam folder.

Your email address was in our suppression list, because when we attempted to send an email we received a hard bounce response from your mail server with the message
Recipient not found by SMTP address lookup
I went ahead and removed your email address from the suppression list.
If your email account is operational now and you can receive other emails, please follow the process to setup 2FA again so a new email gets sent. A new email needs to be sent, as the previous ones were dropped.
