Not receiving email from reset Bitbucket 2FA

Hi all, I'm trying to reset my Bitbucket 2FA, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet. It's been two days since I requested it.

Hi @Moh Khoirul Arifin and welcome to the community!

The 2FA recovery email was dropped because we received a hard bounce response from your mail server with the following message:

The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.

I can also see in our system that you initiated the deletion of your Atlassian account. If you change your mind, you have a 14-day grace period after the deletion request to cancel it. You can cancel it by logging in to https://id.atlassian.com/ and then selecting Cancel deletion.

If you cancel the account's deletion, please let me know whether the account's email address exists and if you can receive emails from others. If so, I can remove your email address from our suppression list so that you request a new 2FA recovery email.
