I am trying to enable two-step verification, and i am not receiving the email to complete it

Emails sent from Atlassian to your email address were dropped because we received a hard bounce response from your mail server with the message
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
Possible reasons for this error are the following:
I went ahead and removed your email address from our suppression list.
Please ensure that your email account is active and that you can receive emails from others. You can then try to set up 2FA again. You'll need to follow the process again so that we send a new email, as the previous one was dropped.
