Not receiving account recovery link on my email

Hi I'm not receiving my bitbucket account recovery link for my account (<email_redacted>). I've received the 24-hour period notification email but after 24 hours I'm not receiving the recovery link.  Can you check if my email is on the suppression list?

Hi Tommaso and welcome to the community!

I checked our email logs and I can see that we sent several 2FA related emails (including a recovery email) to your email address and all of them show to have been delivered to your mail server.

If you still haven't received the recovery email, I suggest checking your Spam folder and also if there are any filters on your email account that would make our emails skip your inbox. If the recovery email is not in the Spam and you still cannot find it, I suggest reaching out to the administrator of your mail server and asking them to investigate why the email didn't make it from your mail server to your inbox.
