Hello.
I created a bitbucket account with the email address of a Korean university that ends with ~~.ac.kr .
I received a notification that the email address was changed from Free plan to academic plan, but it still looks like Free plan in my workspace setting.
How can I solve this problem?

Your personal user account is on the Academic plan, but the team workspace you've created is currently not.
You'll need to apply for this workspace to be Academic by contacting our customer advocacy team through a license request:
