Bit Bucket Server went down on Friday June/15/2018. When it came back up I was not able to log in. It states that I have the wrong password. When I request my password by (forgot password). I do not receive any emails. I have already raised a ticket. Anyone else have this issue and how did they go about fixing it. Thanks.

Are you still unable to log in? Have you contacted your administrator already? Since you're using Bitbucket Server, your administrator should be the first point of contact for this kind of queries, as we don't have access to your system.
If you are the administrator, please let us know so we can help you investigate what went wrong and how to gain access to your account again.
