No 2AF authorization and recovery codes

I just created a bitbucket account and enabled 2FA authorization. But I deleted an application on my mobile with authorization by accident. So, now I haven't access to my account. No recovery codes or SSH keys were saved. I clicked on "Forgot code?" and asked for recovery email, but didn't rececive one after almost after a day. What should I do now?

Hi Dmytro and welcome to the community!

I can see in our system that we sent a 2FA recovery email to your email address on Friday. Your email address is not in any of our suppression lists and all the emails we have sent show to have been delivered.

Please make sure to check your Spam folder and if there are any filters that would prevent our emails from showing in your Inbox.

If you still haven't received anything, please feel free to let me know and I can send another 2FA recovery email since more than 24 hours have passed since your recovery request.
