New Repository created from vendor's remote repository

Wayne Harvey September 11, 2018

I need to create a series of new repositories in Bitbucket from a vendor's remote repositories.

We connect using SSH to the remote repos, and have already set up the public/private key pairs with the vendor.

How would I go about pulling that remote code into the Master, or Vendor branch in my Bibucket server?

I'm not sure that Hooks are the correct approach, and also not sure if I should be using SubModules, since I would like to automatically bring their code into our server each month.

Hi Wayne,

We've had a similar request in Community already, would the approach described in this thread work for you?

Hope that helps!

Ana
