My bitbucket account is locked and I'm unable to receive any recovery emails. I have a recovery key but unable to use it.
I enabled the two factor authentication for the bitbucket, but deleted the entry in the authenticator application. I lost the recovery codes as well.

Please help me recover my account

Welcome to the community.

I could see that your BB Cloud account's 2FA is currently disabled.

Would you be able to confirm if you managed to disable it?
