Hi, i have my self-server in digital ocean with a Linux Droppber ubuntu 14.4, i'm trying to intall everything with the -> atlassian-bitbucket-5.2.2-x64.bin

When i run the sudo command for install, it ask what kind of install i want, i said upgrade, and follow the instructions but when the install finish without 0 error's, my bitbucket still with 4.1 version.

What i'm doing wrong??? i did all said here:

When i'm trying to start se service start-bitbucket.sh got this:

start-bitbucket.sh: 15: start-bitbucket.sh: [[: not found

start-bitbucket.sh: 35: start-bitbucket.sh: pushd: not found

start-bitbucket.sh: 37: start-bitbucket.sh: popd: not found

start-bitbucket.sh: 40: start-bitbucket.sh: source: not found

Hi Luis,

It look like your system may not have some basic Linux commands installed or the $PATH environment variable may not be configured correctly to reflect where these commands are located.

You might need to work with Digital Ocean to get this resolved.

Seem's that Digital Ocean is not help me, is trying to say that the bitbutcket 5.0 maybe is not for ubuntu 16.6.

Did you recommend any service where i can set my Bitbucket Server 5.2 and works?

Thanks.

Hi Luis,

This is just a personal recommendation, but I found that I've been able to get Bitbucket Server up and running on Amazon's Ubuntu images without any problem.

Hi Luis.

You probably didn't configure the security groups for your EC2 instance to allow inbound traffic on port 7990.
