The Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account does not have access to any workspaces and repos.
If this account used to have access to a workspace, that access may have been revoked by an admin or the workspace may have been deleted by an admin. If that's the case, you'll need to reach out to an admin of the workspace.
Another possibility is that you may have multiple Bitbucket accounts, and you logged in to the one that doesn't have access to the repos you are looking for. Some users create multiple Bitbucket accounts, either intentionally or accidentally. If you believe you may have created a second account in the past, you can try logging in with any of the other email addresses you may own, and then check if another account has access to workspaces via this page https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/.
