Any successful pull request exports and pull request comments from a cloud instance and either import into an existing data center instance or just into json files? Suggestions to have the process go smoother and have data better available to end users? Typically our end users are okay with losing PR meta data when migrated from a cloud instance to our on prem data center, except for one team.
