You might want to look into Migrating-convert, this describes the steps on migrating SVN repository to Git repository. Similarly on Git Migration Tools.

You may also want to consider the SVN Mirror for Bitbucket Server if you are using Bitbucket Server.

Once you finalise the commands to migrate from SVN to Git with the resources given by my colleague, you may just create a plan and have a Script task in it and add all those commands to it. 

You should now be able to just Run the plan and all the commands will be executed. The build will be successful upon successful transfer.
