Hi, 

I have the access of my account gustavogmatroni@hotmail.com, but I can not confirm because I lost the access of this email.

How can I proceed in this situation ?

If is possible alter the email access for gustavo.matroni@leiloar.net, I need the repositories information and it is blocked

You have two solutions,

  1. Ask team member who is account admin to add your new email to team. And later ask Atlassian to merge accounts.
  2. Or just contact with Atlassian as soon as possible, and explain situation to them. - https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
