All licenses for Bit Bucket (Data Center), Crucible (Server), Fisheye (Server), software expire on December 9 2022. Do we face any problems when license is not renewed on time? If so, can you tell me what are the problems are coming and how to solve them.

For Bitbucket Data Center, it will stop working, going read-only until you renew the licence.

Fisheye and Crucible licences are "perpetual" - you will be unsupported and unable to upgrade, but the systems will continue to work, with only a warning note for admins about being unlicensed in a couple of places.
