The Stash development team is on a rapid release cycle.
You can see the release dates of old versions on http://www.atlassian.com/software/stash/download-archives
That page shows there was a new release every few weeks.
The most recent 2.5.2 version was released on July 3rd, so it's likely there will be a new release this month.

*UPDATE* Version 2.6 was released July 22nd, and we're now at version 2.6.2.
