Hello,
We have inconsistent link between jira issues and branches. We can not see the branch under a jira issue even if jira key is stated at the end of branch name, while we may see branches under a jira issue when jira key is seen in commits instead of branch name. Do you know when a branch is associated with a jira issue and are we to decide when to associate with any setting.
Hi and welcome to the community!
First be sure that there is an application link between Jira and BitBucket. It should work with key at start and key at the end though:
feature/JIRA-1234-XXX
or
feature/XXX-JIRA-1234
That way (if the application link is set up correctly), teh linking should work and in the Jira issue you should see the branch in de Development panel:

Hello Jeroen, unfortunately, I can not see the branch when key is at the end. Is there a config I can check for such use?

Have you looked into and checked the following?
