Is there a way to require the JIRA issue key on a bitbucket commit?

Other than syntax in the commit comment... (which isn't required)

We don't have this yet, but it is a well sought-after feature. Please follow/vote on this here: https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issue/5658/allow-custom-pre-receive-hook-that-rejects
