Is the licence bitbucket server maybe multi-instance ? And to know, if the only licence limit is the user quota.

Hi Fabien, the license is applied on a 'per instance' basis, it can not be shared across multiple instances. The license will limit the number of users you can have per instance, for more info you can read Bitbucket Server licensing.
