Is it possible to get the PRs associated to a user (not a repo) with the Bitbucket Cloud API?

I was trying to find the way to get the pull requests metadata that's associated with a user (for my specific case, the authenticated user), basically the pull request list that is displayed in the dashboard (https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/pullrequests) with the Bitbucket Cloud's RESTful API, but couldn't.

Is it not possible?
