Currently, it's not possible to see the merge strategy of merged Pull Requests in Bitbucket Cloud, we can only see how the history of commits looks like. In this case, I went ahead and created a feature request to implement this on Bitbucket Cloud:

I would suggest that you add your vote there (by selecting the Vote for this issue link) as the number of votes helps the development team and product managers better understand the demand for new features.
