Is it possible in BitBucket to create remote git repository from local commandline?

This is the case:

When user wants to start some new repo, (s)he must first create it using BitBucket website [or SourceTree AFAIK, but haven't use this second method].

But is it possible to somehow create remote repo, just by pushing local repo to one's BB account, without need to use SourceTree or BB website first?
