Hi, I'm trying to add my colleague to a user group. But he does not seem to get the invites, I have resent a couple now and he has checked the spam-box. Any tips?
I can see that he is listen in the Invitations pending list.

Usually, when a user is invited right after their email account is created, the invitation email is sometimes bounced by the email provider with an "Email not found" error. If that is the case, I would suggest that you try resending the invitation now, as a considerable amount of time has passed since your previous attempt, and check if the user receives it now, as I wasn't able to find any error on our internal logs.
In case you are still facing the issue after the resend, I would suggest raising a support ticket with us, as you have access to 2 workspaces with active Bitbucket Cloud subscriptions, which are entitled to Standard support. To open a ticket, you can follow the below steps:
