just like the title says, I was committing changes in december knowing I have a specific amount of build minutes, expecting them to reset in January, now its January 2024 and they still haven't reset?

We use bitbucket for my work and spend lots of money with them, so I know whats possible to do, I have some side projects I am working on using the free tier.

It just guessing, but I could imagine that the "reset" does not happen on the first day of the month, but on the first day of the next billing cycle.

For example, if you started using Bitbucket many months ago, on 17th day of the month, then the next billing cycle will start on 17th of each month ("monthly subscription" even if you don't actually pay anything).

You should be able to check your billing cycle by going to the Plan details screen (at `https://bitbucket.org/YOUR-WORKSPACE-HERE/workspace/settings/plans-and-billing`).

Hi Aron,

This answer is correct - whichever date you signed up for Bitbucket is the start of the billing cycle (even if it is not a paid subscription). Build minutes reset on this date every month.

Cheers!
