I've been using Bitbucket for more than a year now and received notification emails for all of the repos I'm watching. These notification emails stopped coming in, when i checked my settings its not watching any repos at all. I have no clue what changed that settings but i setup the repos that i need to watch again and start receiving the commits email again.
Unfortunately, I'm still not receiving notifications for PULL REQUEST which is currently selected on my settings.

Checking internally I see that your email provider is bouncing emails from pull requests with the following error message :
550 Envelope blocked - User Entry - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550
So, although the email is successfully triggered by Bitbucket targeting your email address, the destination email provider is blocking it and causing the email to be bounced.
In this case, I would suggest reaching out to your email provider to check if there is any block currently in place for the atlassian domain, and more specifically, for the email address pullrequests-reply@bitbucket.org, which is the sender for pull request notifications.
