I'm not receiving bitbucket invitations on my mail

Please my colleagues have been trying to send me an invitation mail to access the repository and i'm still not receiving the mail

Could you please check your spam folder, others, or any folder in your mailbox? I can see we had no issue sending the email, so it's likely that the email we sent is being redirected somewhere in your mailbox.

Potentially, if you have a filter, this may redirect the invite email, so I suggest running a search on all your folders within your mailbox or trying to search for the "@am.atlassian.com" domain for a sender email.
