I have no access to my Bitbucket Account

Hi, I'm not able to access my Bitbucket account and I'm the only user.

Everything was working fine until today, when suddently says "404 - Resource not found" every time I try to access to my repository. Also, trying to fix this, I found that I have two workspaces with the same name, quite strange. Maybe is related, don't know.

I would like to have only one workspace and access to all my products.

Can anyone help me, please?
