I have enabled 2 step auth for my bitbucket, but didn't receive confirmation mail. Due to which I am not able to access my repository. Can you please help me.
Based on our logs, it looks like your email address was added to our suppression list at some point due to an unspecified email bounce rejection from your mail server (we aren't sure what the initial rejection was as it happened over 30 days ago, and our max log retention is 30 days):
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
I've just removed your email from our suppression list - could you try to re-enable 2FA now? It should allow you to receive the confirmation email.
