Hi Dimitry, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Bitbucket Cloud has a limitation of 2GB per repository, If your repository exceeded that size you'll need to reset back as many commits as needed to bring your repo to under 2GB. You can find the instructions at Reduce repository size. Have you followed those steps already?

I have checked your Bitbucket account associated to this email address and looks like you don't own any repos, were you referring to a different Bitbucket account? Can you let us know the name of the repo?
