I am getting this warning "Your account is connected to a Google account. Changing the email address here will disconnect your account from the Google account"

please help me with this and we are a G suite partner.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Try to go ahead with the prompts from your above message and resetting it and then start over.

or 

follow the below steps:- 

1. Log into your Google account, and go to Security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/security
2. Scroll down to the section: Your connections to third-party apps & services
3. Click on Atlassian, and click: Delete all connections you have with Atlassian
4. Afterwards, I recommend verifying that you can still log into your Atlassian account using the password you created first.

Hi @sudheer kumar,

The warning shows on the following page:

• https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email

If the email of your Atlassian account is username@some-email.com, the warning simply means that your Atlassian account is connected to the Google account with username@some-email.com. If you change the Atlassian account's email, then that Atlassian account will no longer be connected to the Google account username@some-email.com.

It's not clear what exactly you need help with. Could you please explain, a) what do you want to do and b) what kind of issue are you facing or what is the question that you have?
