I'm trying to setup Visual Studio 2022 to use Bitbucket as my repository but I'm not having much luck. Step-by-step instructions or tutorial on how to do this would be great. Any help would be appreciated.

Do I understand correctly that Atlassian will not develop an extension for Visual Studio 2022, similarly to VS Code (https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/bitbucket-pull-requests-in-vs-code/)?
Hello @hynek.p ,
Bitbucket Cloud currently only has an extension to VS Code. For Visual Studio itself, we have the following feature request to have an extension as well :
I would suggest you to add your vote there, since this helps both developers and product managers to understand the interest. Also, make sure you add yourself as a watcher in case you want to receive first-hand updates from that ticket. Please note that all features are implemented with this policy in mind.
Thank you, @hynek.p .
Kind regards,
Patrik S

Once you copy repo URL from Bitbucket and paste it in VS clone repo dialog, remove "git clone" from the URL and VS should be able to proceed to authenticate you and clone it.

Visual Studio 2022 did not support Bitbucket. It sounds like there may be a version that will integrate now? I am going to try the suggestions in this thread.
