How to restrict created users to not to create team and respositories in their bit bucket account?

We had created one project , created team and added user to team and invited to access repository..But still the invited user had feature of create team and create repositories

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Hi Nagaraj, welcome to the Community!

Each team member has their own individual Bitbucket Cloud account that they use to log in to the team. They are the owners of this individual account so nobody else can control what they do with them. 

If you want your team members to not be able to create repositories in the team account, you'll need to restrict the permissions they have within the team. You can learn more about it at Bitbucket Teams.  You might also want to read Create and grant access to team repositories.
