How to make a cloned repository in bitbucket server as a remote repository from other machine

vivuu November 26, 2019

Hi Team,

We have a requirement with Polarion server to make the work-item updated with the  bitbucket commits.

So we have Bitbucket stanalone installed on the same Polarion server and our developers are working in other 2 remote machines.

So according to the polarion webhook for bitbucket, the developer should point local cloned repository path in the webhook configuration to polarion work.

When we checked if the cloned repository is only in the polarion server, then only its getting updated,. So polarion team advised us to configure the bitbucket repo in such a way.

So we are planning in this way.

1) In bitbucket server(same polarion server) we will clone the bitbucket repo.

2) the developers should be able to clone the repo in their machines and should be able to add the above mentioned server cloned repo as remote repo. so when they push the commits in their systems, the remote cloned repo in the server get updated and from there polarion is able to update the workitems.

could you please guide us here with possible ways ?

Note: - Here all the setups are in windows server only and not in linux.. so ssh is not working
