How to grant access by domain to a private repository.

Carlos Mario Villadiego August 10, 2018

Hi, anybody know if is there any way to give access by domain to a private repository ? I mean, if a user belongs to a specific organization then he/she has access to the repository. Today, I have to grant this permission registering his email one by one. I don't know if is possible for example tell to gitbucket: hey please, give access to any user registered with email domain mycompany.com (username@mycompany.com).

I'm using the saas service.

Regards.

Hi Carlos, welcome to the Community!

Currently, it's not possible to grant access to repositories based on domain name, if you're using the web UI, you'll have to do it one by one.

Alternatively, you could use the Bitbucket Cloud REST API

Lastly, I believe this is a good suggestion so I'd like to encourage you to submit it as a Feature request at Site/Master.

Hope that helps!

Ana
