How to add more users in premium account on bitbucket?

I am a premium account holder of Bitbucket and I can't seems to add more than 5 users in my account.

Hi Kamran! I've checked the Bitbucket account associated to your email address and I could see it's a free account, so you won't be able to add more users to that one. Were you referring to a different one?
