Microsoft published this article to the ldap issue

on some other servers its not difficulte to enable the ldaps. The most of them can be enabled over the Webinterface..
but i do have problems with the bitbucket Server. the communication between bitbucket and Active Directory still uncreapted. i have no idea what realy to do or what do i need to enable the secure LDAP on the Bitbucket Server
i am usiing Bitbucket on Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter.
can someone help me with a step by step instruction about enabling the LDAPS on Bitbucket Server.
