We recently migrated our company's email off of a GoDaddy implementation of Office365 and onto a "native" Microsoft one. The transition was relatively straightforward, but afterwards we noticed one odd hitch: we've stopped receiving notification emails from BitBucket. They're not going into Junk Email, and we seem to be getting emails from everyone else - but something has happened with BitBucket's emails.
Any suggestions about what might have gone wrong, and/or how to fix it?
I would suggest that you contact Atlassian directly, if you are sure that the migration process went quite smooth and you are able to receive emails from other people. Have you any sort of firewall activated?
