Does 100 MB limit on files included in a Git push affect BitBucket APIs?

Hello, we recently saw news that BItBucket imposes 100 MB limit on files included in a Git push https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-articles/Bitbucket-Cloud-is-implementing-a-100-MB-limit-on-files-included/ba-p/2629017. 

Does this change affect commits via API?
