 Pouvez-vous l’indiquer comment je peux récupérer mes factures depuis le site Bitbucket

If I understand correctly, you are looking for Bitbucket Cloud invoices. Invoices can be found at the following site, if you are a billing or technical contact for the Bitbucket license:

• https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders

I checked your workspace details in our system, and I see that your email address is not listed as a billing or technical contact for the Bitbucket license. If you know who is the billing or technical contact, you can ask them to access https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders and provide you the invoices.

If you don't know who the billing or technical contact is, you can create a support ticket with our billing and licensing team and:

• ask them to provide you invoices
• ask them if they can make you a billing or technical contact (since you are an admin), so that you can access the invoices yourself at https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders in the future.

You can create a support ticket via https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/. In "How can we help you?" select Payments, in "Choose a topic" select "Request invoices or billing history", and in "Provide the related URL, SEN, EN or invoice number" please provide the URL of the Bitbucket workspace you want the invoices for. If your Bitbucket license is not listed there, you can select "Proceed without URL, SEN, EN or invoice number" and then provide the workspace URL in the field "Your question" along with your request.
