Deleting BitBucket licenses/workspaces

I wish to delete Bitbucket licenses/workspaces from my Atlassian account. I can see four Bitbucket licenses when I visit https://my.atlassian.com/products/index. They are not in use, I never signed up for them and I wish to have these deleted.

I'm looking for assistance in deleting them.

Thanks in advance :)

Hi @Ivan W,

I can see in our system that you are Technical and Billing contact for four Bitbucket Cloud licenses, you were added by another user a few months ago.

Since you are listed as Technical and Billing contact, I added you as an admin to these four Bitbucket Cloud workspaces.
You can access each of these workspaces with the URL https://bitbucket.org/workspace-id , where workspace-id replace with the Name listed in https://my.atlassian.com/products/index for each Bitbucket license.

Please make sure you log in to https://bitbucket.org with the same email as the email of your community account.

Then for each workspace, you will see the option Settings on the left sidebar. Select that, and on the new page that opens, you will see an option to delete the workspace.

Please note that all four workspaces have repositories. Deleting a workspace will delete all the repositories of this workspace as well. I would advise checking the repositories these workspaces have, and if you need them, transfer them to a different workspace prior to deleting each workspace (the transfer request needs to be accepted by an admin of the workspace you're transferring to, in order to be completed).

If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.

Kind regards,
Theodora
