Creating Bitbucket app passwords is to grant Bitbucket repo admin access for user self?

Hi Atlassian community,

I followed guide about how to create bitbucket app passwords due to git push to Bitbucket.

And I can check on the screen Permissions list, there are some options that can grant admin or delete repository.

I think these options admin only can do that, but it looks like normal user also can create user self's admin access to repository.

Is there another way to create Bitbucket app password granting only normal write access to repository for normal user?
